FRONT COVER DRAFTS.

After not really feeling the way my magazine was looking, I tried different angles and close ups to make it look more like the RAP genre I had chosen. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything to work because the contrast was too bright and although I tried the black and white effect, it made everything look dull and more like an advert/poster. This is partially why I chose to change my cover star.

RAP Genre Research

In this post I will be analyzing the same magazine company and explaining the conventions of the covers. Most of them are similar with white MASTHEAD and three colors that represent the artist in the magazine. The colours most used are BLACK AND WHITE with only one or two extra to compliment the features. Although, the color that appears consistently throughout all of the magazines is RED.
